Road geometry comparisons should retain model year and size context.
For road bikes, compare stack, reach, effective top tube, head tube angle, seat tube angle, wheelbase and chainstay length at the same frame size. Those values provide a clearer description than a category label alone.
Road geometry can vary with race, endurance, aero and all-road configurations. Record the published configuration and tire assumptions so a shorter reach or taller stack is not mistaken for a universal handling or fit advantage.
