Specialized Diverge 2025 geometry chart

Source: Manufacturer geometry source

This profile is available for riders, but it is not currently indexed because its published geometry is not fully independently verified. Values marked derived are calculated by RideDNA; values marked published are transcribed from the manufacturer chart.

Published geometry by size

Provenance: published is present in the manufacturer data; derived is calculated by RideDNA; manual is a staff-entered reference rather than a manufacturer-chart value. “Not published” means the manufacturer did not provide a value for that size.

Audit context

Overall consistency: red. This context is shown alongside the table so a rider can distinguish a complete published specification from a value that RideDNA had to derive or could not independently verify.

Geometry reconciliation applies a 48mm Future Shock steerer extension correction to both stack and reach before comparison against the engine's forward-model calculations. Stack reconciles within ±1mm engineering tolerance across all sizes. Reach shows a 5.9mm significant data inaccuracy on size 52, with 2.4–4.1mm data inaccuracies on the remaining sizes. Wheelbase and front center exhibit parallel discrepancies: size 52 shows 8.3mm and 5.8mm significant data inaccuracies respectively, while sizes 49, 54, 56, 58, and 61 show 2.1–4.5mm data inaccuracies. The simultaneous systematic discrepancies in reach, wheelbase, and front center indicate a mutual inconsistency among the published ETT, reach, and front center values — the BB position each implies differs significantly from the others.
